Individuals and Relationships – the fascination of our work

We strive for transparent communication and commit ourselves to the highest standards in terms of business ethics and integrity. Translating projects into action quickly and in high standing is our first and highest priority. We have, with great dedication, accumulated many years of Asset Management Know-How.

Last but not least: we are fascinated and inspired by daily personal dialogue with representatives from the field of Asset Management.

Our Clients

We are Ambassadors – exclusively for the field of Asset Management

We are focused, creative, tenacious and we commit ourselves completely to the field of Asset Management. Our clientele consists of traditional and alternative Asset Managers from numerous domestic and international firms.

Practice Areas

We possess dedicated market knowledge within the following Practice Areas. This Know-How allows us to identify the most suitable candidates in the shortest time possible.

The Asset Management industry is re-inventing itself. This has some clear implications for distribution profiles. The business is currently characterized by higher costs, lower fees and a battle for customer relationships. In order to sustain these tailwinds, distribution professionals need to bring along a wide range of skills.

Portfolio & Investment Management

We believe that the Alpha / Beta separation will continue to accentuate within the investment management arena. Therefore we maintain close relationships with investment management individuals in both worlds – the traditional asset class universe along with the alternative asset space.

Operational Functions

Haas-Assoicates-Operational Functions

The Asset Management industry faces several challenges such as a complex regulatory environment, enhanced operational efficiency and fee pressure. Operational roles are moving away from box ticking mentalities to be seen as important business accelerators who play a crucial part in overall business success.

Of all the changes with which Asset Managers are presently confronted, perhaps none has more potential to transform the industry than the rise of digital technology. A primary reason for this is that today’s digital revolution is a largely customer-driven process.

Our Approach

Creating knowledge through research – the foundation of our work

Through a combination of research, experience and the necessary reflective judgment for individual starting positions, we act as a strategic partner in matters of Human Capital interests. As we believe in “Best Practice” our only goal is to serve our clients and to ensure their long-term and sustained business success through our consultation services.

We identify ourselves, through a collaborative framework, as a part of your organization. We strive for meaningful dialogue in order to support our clients in achieving their goals. We make a point of putting ourselves in the shoes of our clients; this is a core criterion of our work.

The fundamental basis of our projects constitutes, by definition, an individually-tailored research process which ensures that, without exception, all relevant profiles for your desired position will be taken into account.

Our research approach

We believe in conducting assessments in an objective manner, as this is a sound, transparent and fair feedback process, as well as a central element of our business strategy.

In order to ensure optimum objectivity, we have developed an evaluation system which ensures that all profiles will be evaluated by way of objective criteria.

The determining factors of our research approach are:

Working Identitiy

We try to ‘make sense’ of a person’s working identity by focusing on experience. We then interpret the data and information based on current circumstances and past events.

Individuals with self-awareness possess the right framework that allows them to make career decisions that are right for them. The process of self-exploration entails gaining a deep understanding of one’s values, interests motivations, skills and personality traits. What is important to oneself and what is one looking to achieve from one’s work.

An important prerequisite for a person’s success in a new company is that personal values need to be in-sync with company values. We strive to gain a comprehensive picture in order to distinguish technical competencies from behavioral characteristics.

Technical Skills

The best profile matches are with individuals who have the right qualitative skills combined with technical expertise. In order to verify the latter, we conduct primary research, obtain verified references and conduct structured competency based interviews.

We consider potential to be one of the most important prerequisites for success in the workplace. We also regard ourselves as “New Age Talent Spotters” who not only consider past achievements but also identify potential or “undiscovered stars”.

In specific recruitment projects we align the parameters and focus on your company requirements.
