Christian Haas

Managing Partner


Christian has more than 10 years of practical experience in the field of Asset Management. During his time in the business he was active as, amongst other things, the Head of Business Development Institutional Clients at Credit Suisse. In addition, he built up M&G Investments’ Institutional Business affiliate in Switzerland. Afterwards, Christian worked as a Partner at an Executive Search firm and assumed responsibility for its Asset Management practice. Christian is a Co-Founder of Urban Gurus, a C-Level and Senior Executive Network. Its main focus is the significance of each individual’s personal identification and questions of meaning.

Christian holds a BBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich (HWZ). He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

His profound interest in the interpersonal dynamics of corporate environments led him to earn a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change at INSEAD. He wrote his Master’s Thesis on Sales Dynamics and Effectiveness in Asset Management Distribution.

Philippe Oster

Research Associate


Philippe has more than 15 years of dedicated experience in investment management including serving as the Head of Portfolio Management at a FINMA regulated investment management company. In addition, he was a member of the Investment Committee of a fixed income fund within the crossover and hybrid bond segment.

Today, Philippe applies his interest for research and teaching as a Senior Scientific Researcher at the Institute for Financial Services Zug, the Finance Competence Center of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. His research and lectures focus on wealth management, capital markets and investment management.

Philippe holds a M.Sc. with a major in Banking and Finance from the Lucerne and Zurich Universities of Applied Sciences and is enrolled in the PhD program of the Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen.

Silvia Attenhofer

Research Assistant

Silvia has more than 20 years of experience as Assistant of CEO and Board Members in international business environments. Silvia has a commercial background with a clear focus on executive management support and Human Resources.

In her role at Haas Associates Silvia works in dedicated recruiting projects to support identifying the most relevant talents for each recruiting project. She also works in projects aimed to provide pointed market insight (i.e. compensation, organizational structure) for business development and project execution purposes.

Silvia holds a commercial business school degree and has obtained several various ongoing educational studies.

Christina Kuenzle

Advisory Board Member


Christina is engaged in executive and business coaching in Switzerland and internationally for more than 20 years. Core topics of her work have been accompanying change processes and career management. Before founding her own company, Choice Executive and Business Coaching, she was a member of the Executive Committee of Sulzer AG, responsible for Group Development.

Christina is a business administration graduate, holds an MBA from INSEAD and a M.S. in “Coaching and Consulting for Change” from HEC in Paris. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Zurich, a mentor at the University of St. Gallen, and an author. As a member of INSEAD’s Global Leadership Center, she is regularly involved in coaching international executive development programs.

Seri Wada

Advisory Board Member


Seri a former Asset Management salesman, is pursuing his passion as a baker today. He is thus a true ambassador on the subject of passion and joy. Seri is known throughout Switzerland for his high-quality bakery creations, inspiring and mentoring people who want to turn their latent needs into reality.

Seri holds a M.A. from the University of St. Gallen. His continuing education after graduation deals with the perfection of baking. One of his goals and dreams is to win the Grand Prix de la Baguette de tradition Française de la Ville de Paris.
